Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM. Walk-ins are not accepted. All appointments are scheduled online via the "Schedule Appointment" button at www.bluewillowskincare.com
As an independent practitioner, and at my discretion, I reserve the right to refuse to treat a client/prospective client.
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. I do my very best to run true to schedule and not keep my clients waiting. If you arrive *early* for your appointment, please don't ring the doorbell as I may still be with a client or utilizing that time to return phone calls or tend to other studio business. There is a seating area just outside my studio for your comfort...please make yourself at home and I will be with you at your appointed time!
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session WILL be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Out of respect and consideration for your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
